Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to book with us. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our booking and cancellation policy below: 1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once full payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent with all relevant details. 2. I understand that this is a high-risk course. I have read and understand the Rules and Regulations, Statement of Understanding and Expectations, and the Required and Prohibited Items list. For the safety of myself and others, I agree to fully disclose information on the Medical Questionnaire Form and I understand that Redemption Survival has the right to refuse anyone into the course based on this information. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled booking date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. No-shows will be treated as cancellations and are not eligible for a refund. Any violation of the Rules and Regulations, Statement of Understanding and Expectations, Required and Prohibited Items list or Medical Questionnaire Form may result in a drop from the course with no refunds or credits. If the required forms are not received within 7 days of the course convene date, I understand that I may be dropped from the course and no refund will be issued. 4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the booking date may be accommodated, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. 5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, refunds or credits may be offered at our sole discretion. Documentation may be required. 6. Agreement: By confirming your booking, you agree to this policy in full.
